IT human resource festival HCMC: Recruitment and career guidance

The IT Human Resources Festival of Ho Chi Minh City 2007 is jointly organized by Quang Trung Software Park Development Company (NIAPP) and NIIT Academy, which will take place on March 16, 2007, at ICMC, on the 6th anniversary established International Business Administration.

The festival is expected to have about 40 IT enterprises, domestic and international training units and high-quality human resource recruitment units, experts from enterprises (enterprises). In addition, about 5,000 IT students and young IT lovers will converge here. This is an opportunity for businesses and training units to seek human resources for the development and introduction of training scale; while young people or students who are about to graduate, understand the recruitment requirements, career information and visualize the activities of the IT industry.

A variety of activities will take place on this day: Workshop on PM human resources and career development orientation for IT students; Recruitment interviews directly at booths; Introducing PM production model / process (Training On Job); Career counseling of training institutions, introduction of international training programs and scholarship opportunities, fast programming exams .

Mr. Nguyen The Hung, representative of NIIT, co-organizer, said: The difference of the festival this year is the "Training On Job" activity. We will set up PM production process model, specifically website design. The model will have "real people - real work", including groups: script, design, information management . Young people after seeing the process and listening to the lectures will feel and visualize the work to be done later.

This way of doing things is more intuitive than visiting the business profile that the Festival has done last year.
