They conducted surveys on hundreds of patients and found that 80% of patients hated using common needles, 63% felt scared and 62% worried very worried. When using decorative needles, the number of hate patients decreased to 68%, the number of patients with fear decreased to 53% and the number of worried patients decreased to 53%.
