New mobile models integrate Windows Mobile 6 platform

Along with the announcement of Windows Mobile 6 at the 3GSM Conference, a number of carriers have released new mobile phones that incorporate the platform, including Toshiba's PDA model and smartphones from HP and HTC.

Along with the announcement of Windows Mobile 6 at the 3GSM Conference, a number of carriers have released new mobile phones that incorporate the platform, including Toshiba's PDA model and smartphones from HP and HTC.

The new Toshiba G900 smartphone will be available to high-end users with support for 3-band HSDPA networks. In addition, the G900 also supports high-speed data transfer and many other impressive features.

G800 is integrated with 3-inch WVGA screen with front camera - for conference voice function; 64MB internal memory card; supports wireless connectivity 802.11b / g and Bluetooth; USB; video calling; and biometric scanning.

Along with the high-end G900 model, Toshiba also announced the E01 with HSDPA integrated, sliding keyboard, but less features than the G900. Currently, the price of both models has not been announced yet.

As for HP, the company introduced the iPAQ 500 "Voice Messenger" series, allowing VoIP calls and supporting "push" e-mail functions. Like the G900, this smartphone is integrated with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, but only supports EDGE network data transfer speeds.

The price of the iPAQ 500 has yet to be announced and is expected to be available in the spring next year.

Meanwhile, catching up with HTC's Windows Mobile 6 is even more appreciated. The company's "Vox" smartphone is equipped with a fully functional QWERTY keyboard; support EDGE data; 2MP camera; 2.4-inch screen, supports microSD memory card; WIFI; 64MB ROM memory and 128MB Flash memory.

The price of "Vox" has not been disclosed.
