The traditional coronary artery is to remove a healthy blood vessel such as a blood vessel in the leg or arm, or the left chest artery as a bridge. But the question is how long does this "bridge" last?

"After 5 years, 70% of the bridge by the veins in the leg will be blocked. The arteries in the hand give better results, but because the muscle is too thick to cause contractions. Meanwhile, the inner chest artery is good. 98% of the chest artery bridge after 10-15 years is still smooth.

However, for patients with too much narrowing, a chest artery in the left is not enough. After being technically transferred from French cardiologists, we applied transitive techniques to many coronary branches with both aorta in the left and right, " Dr. Hoang Dinh said.

The inner aorta is the artery that supports the chest. However, in this area there is a rather dense vascular system, so the simultaneous use of two chest arteries has no major effect.

The first branch of the left chest artery will be bridged through the most important occlusion. The right side of the chest artery will connect through narrowed coronary branches.
