New type of asthma, easily confused with heart disease

In this form, the patient only has symptoms of dyspnea, which may be accompanied by severe chest pain. Therefore, many health workers do not think about asthma but think that patients have cardiovascular, neurological or pulmonary disease.

Among 36 patients with asthmatic dyspnea, 25 were female. Patients come from everywhere, of which 75% in HCMC 25% are in other provinces. These asthma patients make dust-related careers such as trafficking, tailors, and teachers, accounting for more than 33%.
