1. Breathe

One of the simple ways to help 'clean up' the mind is to take a deep breath. Spend some time of the day relaxing and feeling the breath going in and out of the body.

All tasks and errands if 'left' in your head can confuse you by being too messy. So write down the things you need to do during the day so that your mind will not be troubled by these things. The same goes for ideas and thoughts. Throw it out instead of putting it in your head. You will no longer have to worry that you can forget something.
