Noul storm did not enter the South China Sea area

According to the Central Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, at 14:00 on May 11, the location of the storm center is about 21.8 degrees Vi Bac; 122.4 degrees Kinh Dong, about 150km south of Taiwan (China) to the South East.

The strongest wind in the area near the center of the storm is level 13, level 15-16.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move quickly in the northeast, about 30-40km every hour. By 13:00 on May 12, the location of the storm center is about 29.2 degrees Vi Bac; 131.0 degrees Kinh Dong, in southern Japan . Strongest winds in the area near the storm center are strong at level 10, level 12-13.

Thus, Noul storm is no longer capable of affecting the weather in the East Sea area.

On May 10, super typhoon Noul landed in the northern Philippines, causing flash flood risks and serious landslides, causing 3,000 people to leave their homes.

Philippine officials said there was no exact number of deaths. The storm caused power outages in Cagayan province, Philippines.

Meteorologists said that Noul had reduced speed when landing in the Philippines, however, the storm still caused high winds with speeds of up to 220km / h.
