He named the unique product Black Cow Vodka (Vodka Black Cow).

The process of making this wine is very elaborate and meticulous. Milk is separated into separate curd and milk.

The curd is used to make cheese, the thin part is fermented to transform into a form of beer.

Then, use a yeast dedicated to ferment beer, making lactose (a sugar rich in milk) converted into alcohol.

Jason said, he had this idea after watching a documentary about Tuva - a small republic in Siberia, where people also make wine from cow's milk.
