Telegraph said that the National Trust - the organization that preserves natural, architectural and historical heritage on British territory - implements this project. The staff of the National Trust will take fresh air in the seas and the countryside and put it in bottles. In addition, they took the air at famous tourist spots, grasslands and forests. The air is contained in recycled plastic bottles so as not to harm the environment.

A survey by the National Trust found that 74% of the UK workforce live with stress in work and daily life, but 70% say they feel comfortable after leaving the city. Relaxation is the most popular activity of walking on the beach and breathing in the fresh air. 66% of respondents said they like to walk in quiet countryside, but 59% claim they only need a little fresh air to dispel the tension.

With that result, the National Trust came up with the idea of providing fresh air to urban workers. They claim each glass bottle contains 454 grams of air and can relieve stress for 10 minutes. The first 100 bottles were posted on www.nationaltrust.org.uk/freeair. Those who do not get the first 100 bottles can go to the historic houses and gardens of the National Trust on March 20 and 21 to receive them.
