Too tight shoes can cause blisters (Photo: burmatex.co.uk) Those of us who have suffered burns at least a couple of times. The notes below help reduce pain, avoid infection.

Should the water be injected?

This depends on the large or small pimples. If small, you should leave it natural because injecting water may cause an infection.

If the blister is large and contains a lot of water, in areas prone to collisions, you should inject water. So no matter how hard it hits, the puff doesn't hurt and gets bigger because the water is forced to spread through the surrounding skin.

If you decide to take water from the bulge, you should follow the minimum hygiene procedures to avoid infection. It is necessary to disinfect the skin around the blister and the alcohol device. You can also bake a needle or razor blade on the fire until it turns red, wait for it to cool, then start cutting or mending to remove the water. Care should be taken not to cause these devices to injure the young skin underneath the blister.

When using a needle or razor, cut the hole large enough so that the water can flow out. Do not cut too large, nor should the skin bulge out. The skin underneath the inflamed skin is young skin, if you take the protective skin above, the skin will be very irritated and more susceptible to infection. This bulging skin will gradually harden and fall off itself.

If the water comes out from the bulge that is not clear and smells bad, your puff has an infection. Need to see a doctor. If not serious, you can use antiseptic medications like Neosporin available at pharmacies.

It should not be disinfected with drugs containing iodine or camphor-phenol because they kill young cells of the skin, making the wound heal.

After removing the water, use a piece of duct tape on the puff; better type of fabric than plastic. Tape should be removed when going to bed at night to circulate air. If the bandage is wet when bathing, washing your hands, you should not leave it for a long time.

Prevent blisters

Wear socks and use baby powder : Wearing shoes that are not always makes your feet more bulky. If the shoes are a bit tight but still need to be worn, use thick socks and apply a layer of baby chalk on your feet before wearing socks.

Use new socks for new shoes : When wearing a new pair of shoes, these shoes are not smooth and can make your feet inflate. Therefore, it is recommended to wear a pair of new and thick socks (old socks are often worn at the rubbing areas). Apply more chalk if the shoe is not comfortable.

Do not use socks : Fabrics made of fabric are not smooth and lose elasticity when water or sweat is absorbed. The medical literature notes that the blisters on the legs of those who wear cloth socks are often three times larger than those with all kinds of stretches.
