Shock: 2 people were smoked through American airplane windows at 9km altitude

A Boeing aircraft of American low-cost airline Southwest Airlines has been in distress when the left engine exploded at a height of 9km while flying from New York to Dallas (USA).

The engine explosion in midair caused a plane window to break, causing the chamber pressure to drop and two people being sucked through the window. A victim died.

A Boeing aircraft of American low-cost airline Southwest Airlines has been in distress when the left engine exploded at a height of 9km while flying from New York to Dallas (USA). The debris from the exploding engine broke the port side window, causing serious pressure drop in the cabin and causing two passengers to be sucked through the window in turn.

Victim Jennifer Riordan, 43, was pulled almost completely out of the plane and stuck in a window. Other passengers used their strength to keep her in the plane. She was hospitalized in critical condition and died afterwards.
