Explaining this phenomenon, a meteorological expert in Beijing said that nothing unusual.
In science, snow is like rain, which is the phenomenon of water vapor in the air condenses and falls down.However, altitude above sea level and air temperature are the decisive factors for rain or snow.

In the Linh Son mountain area, 2,300 m above sea level, the measured temperature is -1 degrees Celsius, and Beijing's inner city has a higher temperature, about 12 degrees Celsius.
Therefore, in Linh Son mountain, steam with low temperature condenses into snow, while in the inner city, water vapor turns into rain.
