Super cave contains medium 4 Great Pyramid in China

Located in the hilly area of Ziyun district in southern China, the giant Miao Room cave has a volume of 10.78 million m3, according to Long Room.

Miao Room Cave is 852 meters long, nearly 120,000 square meters wide, like a natural underground wonder.

Located in the hilly area of Ziyun district in southern China, the giant Miao Room cave has a volume of 10.78 million m 3 , according to Long Room. This is the largest cave in the world by volume and the second largest in area.

This 117,986m 2 cave is just behind Sarawak cave in Malaysia with an area of 154,500m2. The vast area of the cave is equivalent to the size of 22 football fields and can fit 4 Giza Great Towers. With a length of 852m, the Miao Room can contain a Boeing 747 inside.

Explorers and scientists from China and France started a 19-day survey called "Pearl" starting April 11. The footage published by the expedition on April 21 revealed a pitch-black void at the cave entrance located on the Getu River. The flow then leads to space outside the labyrinth, covered by massive stalagmites like an alien setting.

Stalagmite columns are up to 45m high, belonging to the largest in the world. They formed because the cave was under a sea of 600 million years, accumulating layers of thick sediments like limestone in the process. A stream flows through the central canyon in the rainy season, making the cave deeper and transporting broken rocks. Sometimes, water flows in from a pine road in the cave floor.

Pebbles are as big as a house and hard rock piled up on rocky hills inside natural wonders. The underground cave is the maze of fossils and crystals, creating a surreal fantasy scene. The camera turned to a large stone pillar that looked like an immaculate white waterfall with concrete. At the end of the cave scattered debris from many times collapsed. Through studying debris, scientists hope to better understand the development of the cave.

Named after the minority living in the region, Miao Room is located in the Gebihe cave system beneath Ziyun Getu He Chuandong National Park. Although the China-Europe geological research team first recorded this large cave in 1989, until 2013, the true size of the cave was determined. The British expert team at the Limestone Geological Institute at the cave size Guilon uses superior laser mapping technology.
