The phenomenon of heavily polluted water affecting people's living and living environment has been a long-standing annoyance, especially recently discovered To Lich river water that causes poisoning of vegetables in Thanh Tri. Facing this situation, the Vietnam Institute of Agricultural Genetics has studied C1, C2 active ingredients with Fenton catalyst to purify water and eliminate bad smell of water. C1 is a powder when mixed in water, causing a sudden increase in pH and all soluble heavy metals will turn to precipitation. C2 helps quickly settle suspended precipitates, Fenton catalysts are fast oxidants that make water more clean and lose odors, giving water to ensure irrigation and living.

According to Mr. Le Ngoc Khanh, Deputy Director of Envipro Ho Chi Minh City Environmental Protection Center: " With this treatment compound, the effect has been very clear. Hopefully this technology will be tested on the To river. Calendar, according to calculations, to complete cleaning takes only 7-10 days at a much cheaper cost than foreign technology ".
