Picture 1 of Thailand: 2 deaths and 38 people suspected of being infected Bird flu has claimed two lives in Thailand on November 1 and caused at least 38 other people to be placed on the list of suspected people on November 2 only.

The first to die was a 53-year-old man in northern Nan province, who died after handing away his 30 dead chickens. The second was a 31-year-old man from Nonthaburi who worked as a street sweeper, so he was likely exposed to dead chickens.
