The user can make a simple voice call by saying, "Dinsow, come here" , and then touch a menu on top of it to select the caller. Then the robot displays on the screen the face of the called person as a family member or even a doctor or nurse.

After confirming the identity of the called person, DinsowSpond will automatically call the appropriate number of calls. If no one answers, the system will automatically make a smartphone call to a nurse or doctor listed in the database of the robot.

Dinsow 2 can transmit medical sensor data such as heart rate and blood pressure to a hospital for diagnosis by a physician. In an emergency like a heart attack, it will immediately alert a hospital where staff can monitor the condition of the patient until the patient is taken to the hospital.

Dinsow 2 will be on display at BoI 2011 held in Muang Thong Thani until January 20, 2012.
