According to Tech Insider, Neil Jacobstein, an expert in artificial intelligence (AI) works for the US military, General Motors (GM) and Ford, attend robotics conferences in New York, USA, June 7-8.

" We understand how the brain works and will become a brain designer , " said Jacobstein, AI and robot expert at Singularity University, USA.

Jacobstein said that he and many other scientists can copy the cortex (neocortex), a part of mammalian brain that controls cognition, senses, movement, imagination, space, conscious thinking. and language in people.

"We even have the ability to replicate and copy other areas of the brain such as the hippocampus, which is thought to be the center of emotion and memory. We will build bigger and active brain. moving faster than a human brain, able to connect with people in many ways, "Tech Insider quoted Jacobstein.

" Once there is an artificial brain, people will access it like cell phone technology, even integrated with body parts. The artificial brain will operate 7 days a week, 24 hours each. ", Jacobstein said.

Jacobstein's statement has many similarities with the sharing of billionaire Elon Musk at Code conference held by Vox Media last week.

Musk mentioned a new nanotechnology named neural lace to add a digital layer of artificial intelligence to the human brain . Jacobstein judged that the creation of nerve threads as described by Musk could become a reality.
