The code for exploiting the WMP security error appears

There are now two dangerous pieces of code to exploit a serious flaw in Microsoft's Windows Media Player (WMP) multimedia application.

That's just two days after Microsoft released an update patch to fix this security bug. This situation is similar to the release of Microsoft 's last update patch.

This security flaw is classified by Microsoft as 'extremely serious' and recommends that users install the patch as soon as possible. Because if malicious hackers take advantage of successful exploitation, they can remotely take control of the user's system.

And the emergence of malicious code that has been proven completely capable of exploiting WMP's security vulnerabilities shows that user attacks will not be far away, Microsoft warned.

Microsoft has released MS06-005 - part of Microsoft 's monthly update patch released on Tuesday - to fix this security bug. Malicious hackers can exploit this security flaw by creating a malicious BMP file and trick users into viewing the file to help them remotely execute malicious scripts to hijack the system.

This security error affects Windows Media Player from version 7.1 to 10.
