The two men boast a huge Burmese python that I just caught.

The campaign launched earlier this month to eliminate large Burmese pythons, destroying the habitat of native species.

When hunting on a narrow road, Sanchez and his companions saw half of the python figure hanging out.

"I couldn't even see the top of it," Sanchez said. "The first part is hidden in the bush so I grab the tail of the python".

The giant python struggled, slipping through the trees, hoping to escape. The companion Banos immediately reached for the python's head.

The Burmese python did not fit in to scare Banos, as if to swallow the hunter.

"I jumped on the python, grabbed his head while the python struggled zigzag," Sanchez recounted.

The spoils brought home two US hunters over 600 USD.

The giant Burmese snake weighs 65kg, only 3kg lighter than Sanchez. The giant python said, he used all of his body's strength to subdue the terrifying predator.

"People often think that pythons can only move slowly and slowly," Sanchez said. "But it's not like that. It's a very fast predator."

Because the python struggled fiercely, Banos drew his gun to shoot it straight at the head, thinking it would be safer. But Sanchez said no, because it was a failure.

"If we shoot down the python, it means it won this struggle," Sanchez explained. "I want a fair match."

Giant pythons lose power quite quickly, but for the Burmese 4.5 meter long python, that doesn't seem to be a big deal.

This is the biggest snake Banos and Sanchez have ever captured. The previous record of this duo is a 4.4 meter long python. Sanchez said he wants to break the python record and will continue to hunt down the giant wandering pythons in Florida.

"I don't want to balance the record, I want to shove every record," Sanchez said. The booty brought Banos and Sanchez to receive more than 600 USD.
