The second generation flyboard launched, gliding in the air with magnetic padding

Hoverboards have come true, not only in the science fiction movie Back to The Future anymore. Today, Arx Pax has released its second version, Hendo flight boarding on the copper floor using magnet lift.

This product has had many improvements over the first generation.

Hendo 2 Flight officially launched with many significant improvements

Hoverboards have come true, not only in the science fiction movie Back to The Future anymore. Today, Arx Pax has released its second version, Hendo flight boarding on the copper floor using magnet lift.

The biggest improvement is that the magnetic cushion motor has been tilted toward the board to produce traction, so you can move to adjust its flight direction.

Thanks to the legendary Tony Hawk, Hendo 2 looked much better.

Version 2 has a longer battery life and reduces loud noise compared to the Hendo Hoverboard 1 that was released last December. In addition, Hendo 2 also has a remote control button that helps you if you accidentally slip out of the board.

The new Hendo flight board has a sliding table on the engine that radiates out to the sides. Arx Pax co-inventor Greg Henderson said: 'Tony's contribution (Tony Hawk surfing legend) has given us a huge difference in the design approach.' The Hawk was also present at the product launch in Los Gatos, California, and he tried Hendo 2 easily.

Clearly, Hendo flying boards cannot run on the street. Magnet bars need a copper floor surface to be able to fly. And they basically just rushed towards momentum. So, you have to push them off the ground with your feet until you get out of the runway. Arx Pax has received more than $ 500,000 on Kickstarter, double the target, and they have sold 11 units for $ 10,000.

However, Arx Pax said, they will limit the number of products sold. This flight was created only to realize the idea that was once in Back to the Future . Along with that, Arx Pax has shown that they have developed the 'magnetic field architecture' , laying the foundation for flying engine technology, to be applied in many different fields, including industrial automation Traffic, sports and even protect buildings from earthquakes.

Absolutely not touch the ground.

NASA was interested in the same flight technology to control micro satellites, and Space X's Hyperloop could use the same technology.

Hopefully, Arx Pax and major technology companies will create a version for the general user in the near future. But today, on the day that Marty McFly "returns to the future" and uses the flying board, I think, he will be happy to see Arx Pax's progress.
