The Spanish River changes its glowing blue glow with fear

According to Mayor Albert Batalla, the glowing green color of river water is the result of testing water using biodegradable dye on the Arinsal River north of the Spanish border.

Mayor Batalla said the dye is not toxic and does not affect human health . "The tests are conducted on the Arinsal River but the colored water flows downstream , " Batalla said. He also said that the glowing green would quickly disappear.

Andorra Ministry of Health also issued a notice that dyes are used to localize areas of potential contamination. According to authorities, river water phenomenon changes color from research on the Arinsal River to safety for both people and the environment. Research results will be mentioned in a report on water resources in May.
