Mark Fromer - a Lenox Hill hospital ophthalmologist in New York City, said that a 55-year-old man had met him because his eyesight had diminished in the past 6 months. The patient told another person to punch him 9 months ago.Fromer looked at the patient's eyeball, and Fromer saw the 8-pointed star's perforated mirror.

"Creator created a beautiful borer in his eyeball. Most of the perforations are not so beautiful," Fromer commented.

Cataracts often form after the eye is exposed to external forces, such as punches or bumps.

When eyeballs are affected, the energy of a collision will cause a shock and create a chisel in the lens. In most cases, the cataract has an irregular shape, with white or yellow color.

Doctor Fromer used sound waves to break the chisel in the lens and suck it with a vacuum. He then replaced the lens with an artificial lens.
