The tallest person in the world dies at age 44
Leonid Stadnyk, Ukrainian man is said to be the tallest person in the world, died of brain hemorrhage.
According to AFP, the cause of death may be due to complications from the ongoing development of Stadnyk. He died on August 24.

Stadnyk's 2.54m height began to be recognized when he was 12 years old, when a benign brain tumor stimulated growth hormone production.
The Guinness Book of Records recognizes Stadnyk as the tallest person in the world in 2007, however, he refused. According to Mirror, Stadnyk once said that he doesn't want to and doesn't need to become a celebrity, so he doesn't want to register in the record book. He lived a peaceful life with his mother in the village of Podoliantsy, in Zhytomyr region, northern Ukraine.
According to Stadnyk, abnormal height has caused him many problems and difficulties. Stadnyk's health became weaker and weaker when he realized that travel became more difficult and forced to quit. From a veterinarian, Stadnyk moved to take care of plants and animals.

Stadnyk once received a computer with specially designed keyboard and mouse parts. In 2008, the President of Ukraine, then Viktor Yushchenko, gave him a car that matched the height of the body.
