People over 100 think that faith and belief are the source of their longevity. The survey conducted by UnitedHealth in the United States on 100 people out of 100 shows that 23% say trust, instead of gene or health care regime.

People over 100 think that faith and belief are the source of their longevity.

The survey conducted by UnitedHealth in the United States on 100-year-olds out of 100 shows that 23% say that trust, instead of gene or health care regimes, is a key factor in a long life.

61% of them said that they did not wish to do something more in life, but 78% said they did not expect anything less for a lifetime.

13% wish they had traveled more, 9% said they expected not to work so hard and 6% wished they had spent more time with their families.

The survey also found that 30% of those over 100 years old considered building a family the most satisfying success while 20% considered the most important of their careers.
