What kind of organs should be eaten

Today we eat less animal organs, even avoiding them for fear that they are not good for health. However, the liver, heart and tongue bring great benefits to the body.

You need to choose organs from organic animals, feed them with clean food and no disease.

Tongue

The tongue is actually a muscle bundle, not an internal organ. Tongue contains high calorie ratio from fat. Most tongue types contain about 70 percent of fatty acids. Their taste is even better than beef.

Heart

The heart has a very good taste. Many people compare the taste of heart with beef or breast meat. The heart is a B source of iron, zinc, selenium, and vitamins such as B2, B6, folic acid and excellent B12. The heart is especially rich in CoQ10 - important for mitochondrial activity - the energy production apparatus in the body.

Most people with chronic disease are due to lack of CoQ10 and mitochondrial injury. Tim is the best source of food containing CoQ10. Heart of bison, buffalo, venison, and cow contain abundant amount of CoQ10. Heart does not contain much fat but rather lean.

Liver

The liver is the most nutrient-rich organ. Liver is also the most nutritious food on the planet with compounds that are difficult to find in other foods.

The liver is rich in retinol - a form of vitamin A. 85 g of beef liver contains about 26,973 IU of vitamin A, chicken liver contains about 15,306 IU. Fish liver oil is another rich source of retinol, eating liver twice a week will give you optimal health. The liver is rich in folate, choline and B12 - essential nutrients for some important functions in the body.

If you find it difficult to eat liver, you can cook with beef at 80/20, with beef accounting for 80%. Few will recognize the liver.
