The water column created by the tornado formed on the Songhua River. Water seems to have been sucked up into the clouds, forming a water column hundreds of meters high. The majestic scene lasts about 10 minutes.

Whirlwinds are not as strong as tornadoes on the ground, although they are believed to be able to entice marine life.
