A Singaporean teenager has just received an 18-month suspended sentence after stealing the wireless Internet of the neighboring house without asking permission .

And yet, Garyl Tan Jia Luo, 17, will have to work in public service for 80 hours and pay a fine of up to 10,000 Singapore dollars (6500 USD).
