2-minute exercise helps office workers reduce eye strain quickly

Taking a few minutes a day to practice, relax your eyes is the best way to help protect the health of the soul window.

The eyes are very vulnerable if you often have to spend the whole day sitting in front of a computer screen. Therefore, every day you should spend a few minutes to do the exercises for the eyes. This will help keep your soul window from fatigue and vision loss.

Some of the following exercises can be done quite easily and will not take too much time.

1. Blink continuously for 2 minutes

This exercise improves the circulation of blood to your eyes. You should try to blink your eyes more often while working is a useful measure.

2. Look from side to side without moving your head

Keep your head in place, slowly move your eyes to the right, then move to the left. Repeat this move 10 times.

3. Close your eyes and move the eyeball up and down

Hold your head, close your eyes and slowly move the eyeball up - down. Repeat this move 10 times.

4. Rotate the eyes

Just like with these movements, when doing this, you need to keep your head intact, slowly turn your eyes clockwise and vice versa. Perform each way 10 times.

5. Gently press your temples with your hands

Put your finger on the center of the temple and keep it for a few seconds. This action will help improve the circulation of fluid in the eye . Repeat this 5 times.

6. Draw pictures with eyes

Keep your head intact, use your eyes to draw triangles, squares and other geometric shapes imaginable.

7. Close your eyes for a few minutes and relax

This action helps relax eye muscles and improves blood circulation to the eyes. You can even stretch your entire body while closing your eyes and then slowly relax, relax. This will help release the tension in your body as well as your eyes. Repeat this 5-7 times.

8. Turn your head but still look straight ahead

You fix your gaze on a point in the front and continue to stare at it while turning your head clockwise and then counterclockwise. Perform 10 times in each direction.

9. Focus on looking at a nearby point and a distant point

Start looking at a point at a close distance for a few seconds and then shift your gaze to a further object for a few seconds. Repeat this 5 times.

10. Close your eyes for a few minutes and relax

Closing your eyes for a few minutes and relaxing will help your eye muscles relieve stress and aches .
