Nishi is living with her parents Neelanga and Shiromi. Their family moved from Sri Lanka to Manchester in 2001.

"We have known for a long time that she is very talented. She starts reading very early and is good at math. We give our children things that are both interesting and challenging. As parents, we don't want to be talented. The power of girls is wasted, but there is a need to be in balance with childhood. It is just a normal 10-year-old child, she likes to read, ride a bike, walk and we are very proud of our children. , Neelanga, Nishi's father, shared.

Nishi said she took the test last month."The test is not easy, but it is not too difficult. In the first part, I had enough time to check again. I could not finish 1-2 questions at the second test. I told you. Mensa classmates and friends are very proud, afterwards, I want to become a scientist, " said Nishi.
