3- Alcohol and beer:

The alcohol content in beer contains 3-6%, in 5% glutinous wine, white wine and colored alcohol with high alcohol content, sometimes up to 39%.

Effect: With this drink, it is more harmful than the effect. The main benefit is just to stimulate digestion and create appetite (if taken moderately).

If you drink alcohol regularly, it will be harmful to your liver, kidneys, stomach and many other organs. Alcoholics have poor resistance to bacterial infections and make the disease progressively, reducing memory and working ability, affecting the intelligence of the next generation.

4- Mineral water:

Natural mineral water comes from deep groundwater, which is a salt solution containing many minerals. There is a kind of radioactive natural mineral water that is often used to treat diseases and refreshments.

Artificial mineral water is produced by saturating water to eat with CO2 and some mineral salts.

Effect: Good effect on health because it contains many vitamins and minerals. Drink plenty of fresh fruit juice, especially in the summer.

6- Types of fruit juices and carbonated soft drinks:

Types of water produced from fruit oil, food coloring agents with CO2 gas dissolved in water.

Effect: for refreshment and appetite, want to drink plenty of water.

Note: do not use carbonated soft drinks when having diarrhea. Do not let children use a lot of carbonated soft drinks, sweeteners will increase blood sugar causing inhibition of gastric secretion to make children unruly, anorexia.
