Binh Duong has a garbage and fertilizer turning factory

On January 10, Binh Duong People's Committee put into operation the Binh Duong waste treatment complex with the ability to receive and process 3,000 tons of domestic waste and over 1,000 tons of industrial waste / day.

With domestic waste, industrial waste seems to be worthless, but Binh Duong province has turned garbage into "resources" for processing into energy and valuable products.

On January 10, Binh Duong People's Committee put into operation the Binh Duong waste treatment complex with the ability to receive and process 3,000 tons of domestic waste and over 1,000 tons of industrial waste / day.

This is the largest waste treatment project in Binh Duong which is built mainly from ODA loans with the size of USD 30.5 million (over VND 600 billion).

It is worth noting that, in addition to collecting and treating waste, the waste treatment complex of Binh Duong province is also invested with many new technologies to turn waste into a raw material source to create valuable products.

In the project, there is a recycling plant for domestic waste as a fertilizer with a capacity of 840 tons / day; recycling bricks and sludge for brick production with a capacity of 2,000m 3 / day; recycle waste water sludge to produce bricks with a capacity of 100 tons / day .

In particular, for non-recyclable waste, it can still be utilized by collecting gas to create a generator system with a capacity of up to 2,000kvA.

Mr. Tran Thanh Liem - Vice Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee - said Binh Duong province is a very strong industrial development province, so it proactively built a centralized waste treatment system. Considering "garbage is a kind of resource" to recycle, make use of garbage to both contribute to ensuring the environment and saving costs.
