Bra damage the 1st round of women

Bra does not benefit women, even damage the first round and cause back pain.

Research by scientists from the University of Besançon (France) shows that actual bras do not bring any benefit and advise women to limit their use of this product. The conclusion comes after Professor Jean-Denis Rouillon and colleagues studied 330 women for 15 years.

Bra can cause 1 ring deformity and back pain.

'In terms of health, physiology and anatomy, women's breasts do not benefit from any use of undergarments,' said Professor Jean-Denis Rouillon, head of the study.

Research has found that women 's breasts are firmer and less distorted when they are not wearing bras, and women do not suffer from back pain like women who often wear bras.

Professor Jean-Denis Rouillon said that women's breasts began to become 'dependent' on undergarments after women began using the accessory. With the support of the bra, the muscles supporting the first round will not be more active and faster degenerate.

Some women who participated in research at the University of Besançon said that stopping using a bra helps them reduce back pain.

The study of British scientists with menopausal women also found that people who often wear bras are at higher risk of chest pain than women who do not wear them.
