The sword is cast in brass and does not have a carved figure, but archaeologists still pay attention to this relic, as it allows more understanding of ancient weapons.
The size of this sword is 61.5 centimeters long and the width is 5.8 centimeters. The handle is 10 centimeters long. Archaeologists do not know where it belongs and where it is forged.
The Warring States period was a period of Chinese history beginning in the 5th century BC until Qin Shi Huang unified to China in 221 BC.
At this time, the vassal states served the Eastern Zhou Dynasty, only King Dong Chu was called Tianzi, although the Zhou Dynasty ended its existence in 256 BC, earlier than the founding of the Qin Dynasty 35 years and the end of the Warring States period.
During the Warring States period, small countries formally respected the Zhou Dynasty so that 'cultural' countries were protected from the lower cultural 'barbarians' invasion around them, but in the period hey, the Zhou family was so weak that they could not protect themselves.
