In Windows, the taskbar (Taskbar) is the place to arrange buttons that represent the windows of the programs so that users can switch back and forth during the work process. If the amount of windows is opened moderately, you may not find it too inconvenient to read the program's name on those buttons.

However, as the number of active applications increases, the area of the nodes becomes smaller and the wrong choice will occur more often.

To fix this, Windows has added a function to display the ToolTip for the buttons in the Taskbar. When hovering over these buttons, a text will appear on the yellow background, indicating some information of the program hidden under that button. But that is still not enough because the ToolTip is usually displayed in a very short time, not enough for us to read all the information.

If your computer has Visual Task Tips, things will become much simpler and comfortable. Visual Task Tips is a free software, which replaces the ToolTip of each button on the Taskbar with an image of a minimized window, making it easy to determine which program to transfer. To enlarge or minimize these images for easy viewing, scroll up or down.

Version 2.0 of Visual Task Tips is extremely small (89.9 KB), compatible with many Windows environments, released from May 27, 2006 at www.visualtasktips.com/download.php .
