Have you ever been in a presentation time, but the computer there could not run the presentation file (PPT)?

PowerPoint has a tool to help you solve this type of trouble: Package for CD . Do not think that it is simply a program to copy PPT files to CD. With this function, you can create a CD-ROM that automatically turns on the slide program when you first insert it, automatically calls your slideshow file, whether on the computer you use or has installed PowerPoint or is not.

In addition, it is also responsible for attaching font files, reference files, videos, audio to your CD and setting up access passwords as well as editing. In other words, this is the function of creating an independent presentation CD.

You create a complete presentation file and open the Package for CD function . in PowerPoint's Files menu. The Package for CD window opens, asking you to enter the name of the CD and some other parameters.

In the Options section, you will see items like: PowerPoint Viewer (slide show without using PowerPoint), Linked Files (with media files and reference files), Embedded TrueType Fonts (attach fonts files) TrueType), Password (password for opening or editing files).

After setting the options in Options , you have two options: one is to burn a new CD: Copy to CD (need a blank CD in the burner), the other is to copy a folder and use it on machine or for other things later: Copy to Folder .
