Dell laptop: Out of battery until the motherboard is too hot

The case file says that after the expiration of one year of Dell product warranty, the motherboard becomes too hot and malfunctions.
The plaintiff accused Dell of knowing about the incident but still tried to sell the products that made mistakes in the market.
Dell Inspiron 5150
Dell products related to this case include the 1100, 1150, 5100, 5150 and 5160 laptops from the Inspiron product line.
The AP published information about the lawsuit and said that Dell had previously faced a similar lawsuit in the United States and won.
Last year, Dell laptops also faced an incident involving overheating and fire. It is the largest recall of Sony's laptop battery in history. Accordingly, Dell had to recall more than 4 million battery products.
Dell spokesman declined to comment on the lawsuit.
