" Although I knew about virus information via YM, this time I didn't expect it to be too simple, just like normal messages, even with an icon, so I was caught off guard ," Ms. Thuy Hang in Ho Chi Minh City expressed. All three of them, aged 15-16, used the virus code available and edited it and distributed it online.

Viruses spread through YM often use the same mechanism: spread based on the user's vulnerability. After successfully infecting a computer, the virus will find people in the victim's YM address book and then send malicious links through the chat window to those addresses.
