Professor Paul Kelley of Oxford University (UK) said at a scientific conference: "Employees should work at 10 am. Our society is suffering from lack of sleep. That will cause serious injury to body ".

Adolescents and adults are said to be often deprived of sleep and do not fit into a regular work schedule from 9am to 5pm. People aged 55 and over get up early due to biological rhythm changes, but not the main labor force.Inadequate sleep leads to the risk of depression, substance use, obesity, and high blood pressure. "Lack of sleep is a torture," Professor Kelley said.

He concluded that he should adjust working hours at work and school . Young children can go to school at 8:30, while minors should go at 10 because their bodies need more rest. This change of time will help students achieve 10% higher achievement and limit traffic accidents by avoiding going to school during peak hours or even in the morning (especially in winter).
