In 2015, Hanoi Plant Development Center implemented a model of soybean production in the Summer-Autumn season with an area of ​​210ha of DT84 variety, in 5 cooperatives of Hat Mon, Van Nam and Thuan Noi (Tam Huan commune). ) Phuc Tho district, Trung Chau 1 agricultural cooperative, Trung Chau 2 (Trung Chau commune, Dan Phuong district).

According to the evaluation of agricultural experts, soybean variety DT84 has better resistance to pests than other soybean varieties, short growth and development time.

Currently DT84 is the best soybean variety in both quality and productivity. This set of varieties can be implemented in a large scale, proceeding to cover the soybean growing area of ​​the suburban districts of Hanoi, especially to meet the soybean demand of the domestic market.
