Help your eyes get tired when working with computers

The number of people wearing glasses is increasing. Using computers, mobile phones and tablets often makes you pay dearly.

There are many simple changes that can help you protect your eyes when using a computer:

1. Reduce screen brightness: Bright screen makes it easy for you to tear, making your eyes fast.

2. Wear glasses instead of contact lenses. Contact lenses cannot protect your eyes against a computer screen and will dry your eyes. Switch to frame glasses.

3. Use anti-glare glasses: If you have to use glasses, add anti-glare layer to protect the eyes. All eyeglasses care providers sell this glass.
