How many eggs should be eaten each week?
Women eat an egg every day, the risk of death is high. This is a study by Dr. Yasuyuki Nakamura, Kyoto University affirmed in Clinical Nutrition magazine. Dr. Yasuyuki and his colleagues have set limits on egg consumption, should eat only 2.3 eggs per week.
