"I've never seen a lobster like that. It's white thanks to a little blue , " Todd said. "It looks very different and impressive."

Common lobster has a blend of yellow, blue and red. Genetic mutations can produce lobsters that are blue, yellow or red, though not yet cooked.

According to the Maine Coast Fishermen's Association, Todd's animals are not albino lobsters but have a genetic depletion called leucism.

Finding this is the female lobster carrying eggs, Todd drops the animal back into the ocean."Even if it's a male, it's a strange lobster. Why do you have to cook it for lobster for $ 4? " Todd said.
