Office Live Workspace allows users to share and store documents online
To use the service, you need a Windows Live ID account, and can create multiple Workspace at the same time for groups you want to collaborate with. File locking is the same as in Microsoft Office, with the usual options such as 'Onpen as read only', if the file exists and save the file under a different name. Microsoft says the maximum capacity for each account is 500MB, corresponding to thousands of files, or more, depending on size. This service can run on Internet Explorer version 6.0 or newer on Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and Windows Vista; or Firefox 2.0 on Mac OS X version 10.2.x or later.
