A survey on The Health showed that today people spend most of the day to wear shoes and avoid leaving bare feet when out for fear of scratches or colds. However, scientists recommend that if you wear shoes with closed socks all the time, your feet will not breathe in the natural atmosphere, without evapotranspiration, will eventually cause illness, bad effects on body growth.

Like other organs, the feet also need respiration, excretion (through sweating), sunbathing. But the foot is in the lowest position of the body so the circulation is relatively poor. If you often lock your feet in a confined space, your shoes and socks are both stiff and tight, foot excretion will be problematic. This condition lasts easily, causing fungal foot, itchy feet and some other diseases.

On the other hand, some studies for children also show that the health of the feet has a great influence on brain activity. Specifically, regular bare feet can increase the activity of the cerebral hemispherical membrane, improve the flexibility of meningeal function, regulate endocrine function, increase immunity, very useful for prevention of flu and neurological diseases.
