A gentle jog around the park also has a better weight loss than running on the exercise machine.( THX )

Dr. Vassilis Mougios and colleagues from Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece, studied 14 women with normal and fat weight in one of two groups: the first group on a machine running at moderate speed, 4 times per week, and the other group rehearses at a much faster rate, 4 times a week. Both groups have 3 months of practice.

The team set a time to practice so that women in both groups burned 370 calories each time.

After 3 months, the practitioners in both groups were thinner, but the light intensity group removed more weight - about 3.17kg compared to about 1.8kg in the heavy exercise group.

Although volunteers in the heavy exercise group lost less weight, their muscles were firmer than the other group.

Researchers recommend that in order to achieve optimal performance in health and physique, you should combine both gentle exercise and heavy exercise.
