The results of a recent investigation show that office workers are still very disregarded for safe solutions to computer use.

The latest statistics on the survey of more than 300 office workers in the US by Market Research Firm Nucleus Research & KnowledgeStorm show that 1 out of 3 office workers has 1 person write the computer password on paper and ignore security policies of the business.

Picture 1 of Security in enterprises:
Solutions to tighten corporate network network security policies such as changing passwords regularly or setting complex passwords are almost useless.

Employees follow the habit of writing the password they are given on a piece of paper or a file saved directly on their PC or mobile device.

Nucleus Research's survey also found that simple login systems are sometimes more effective than many complex systems.

The important issue for businesses today is the need to educate their employees about the importance of securing the network of enterprises.

' Password security solutions require frequent maintenance. Users often forget or lose their password so that technical staff must also regularly reset their passwords - completely erase the old password and set a new password. This is a job that requires a lot of time and cost , 'said David O'Connell, Nucleus Research senior analyst.

This poses an urgent need for businesses to apply more advanced security solutions such as biometric security solutions, voice recognition or fingerprint security . to ensure security. all for the internal computer system.
