Smart phones are the culprits of sleep disturbance
Green light emitted from the smartphone screen at night can make it difficult for users to fall asleep.
The more often we use smartphones at night, the higher the risk of sleep disorders, and gradually affect our health, according to Business Insider.

Most smartphones, tablets, and laptops have screens that emit blue light , making images clearer and brighter, especially when used outdoors. At night, their screens are light equivalent to daylight shining through a small window.
The human body operates naturally, helping them stay awake during the day and have a good night's sleep. If we look at the screen of the above devices while preparing to go to sleep, the blue light will confuse the brain as if we see the sun rising in the morning. The brain stops producing melatonin , a hormone that helps the body fall asleep.
To cope with this problem, some mobile phone designers create applications that adjust the light at night, to minimize blue light emitted from the phone screen, increase the amount of color light. Orange helps users to reduce eye strain.
In order to get a deep sleep at night, we should refrain from looking at the smartphone screen before going to bed so that the brain produces melatonin normally, by the easiest way to keep the phone away from bed.
