This is not the first time we've seen a company launch the world's smallest LED projector product. And this is not the last time. The inventor this time is Sony.
Sony uses the RGB LED light source for new products and adds two unique firm inventions that reduce product size.
First, Sony incorporates a 3 LCDS that can transmit as a display device and a prism to focus the light. Second, Sony has found a solution to reduce the distance between display devices and LEDs. In total Sony used 14 LEDs - 4 in red, 4 in blue and 4 in green.
The volume of the whole device is only about 410 cm3. The size of the projector is only about twice that of a business card and the length is shorter than a pen.
