Strong earthquake in Japan
The earthquake with epicenter in Ibaraki Prefecture , located northeast of Tokyo. There is no information about damage, injuries or signs of abnormalities at nuclear facilities, according to Reuters on 25.5.

The US Geological Survey announced that the magnitude of the earthquake was 5.3 Richter . Meanwhile, the Japan Meteorological Agency said the earthquake was 5.6 times the magnitude, according to Reuters.
The buildings in Tokyo have been shaken and some railway lines have been shut down , including the Tokyo subway line.
Narita Airport closed the runways to check immediately after the earthquake, but Haneda Airport in Tokyo is still operating normally.
