The koalas are raised in Ballarat Wildlife Park, southeast Australia. This is a male, quite large in size and weighs about 40kg. It is usually placed in a trolley for convenient care and monitoring. According to Newsweek, this wombat has never had a partner and has no children.
Koalas turned 29 on August 25, believed to be the oldest individual in captivity. The average lifespan of koalas in the natural environment is about 5 years and in captivity is 20 years.
The common pocket bear (Vombatus ursinus) is also known as the cape bear pocket, originating from Australia. This animal usually has a body length of 70 to 100cm, weighs about 26kg. This is a marsupial, usually going to eat at night and burrowing.
